Atrocious' ABC Minimal HUD (1.0) - File Description  


Description:
SkeletonX asked me if I could make "the same" thing like I did for Oblivion Lost 2.0. A minimal HUD, without minimap and some other stuff. Now, here it is:

REMOVED:
- Minimap incl. PDA icon, compass, NPC counter and sounds (beeping when NPCs are near)
- Player status icon (standing, crouching, etc.)
- Artifact icons from the bottom
- Stamina bar
- Vehicle bar (don't know if it was used by ABC, but I removed it)

CHANGED:
- The size of status icons (bleeding, radiation, etc.) reduced by 50%
- The lower left corner got completely re-designed, because I didn't like it and it was way to big for a "minimal" hud

Needs STALKER and ABC Inferno 1.1 plus beta patch 1.4. Both are linked here:

Remember to delete the "config" and "scripts" folders before applying the beta patch. (Read beta patch 1.4 readme, for more info)

This mod does not change the wide-screen version!


Installation
============
Copy the gamedata folder into your STALKER directory and overwrite the exiting files.


Uninstallation
==============
Delete gamedataconfiguizone_map.xml
Delete gamedatasoundsdetectorscontact_1.ogg
Delete gamedatasoundsdetectorscontact_8.ogg

Extract the following files from the ABC archives* into the folder
gamedataconfigui
maingame.xml
motion_icon.xml
ui_hud.xml
ui_custom_msgs.xml

Extract the following file from the ABC archives* into the folder
gamedatatexturesui
ui_hud.dds


* by ABC archives I mean ABC Inferno 1.1 and beta patch 1.4.
Try first to get the file from beta patch. If it's not there, extract it from 1.1.

very nice ui, similar to abc inferno but its a bit smaller and anyways lol i like it more then the inferno ui gj and thanks.
