first time i fired the five-seven (i think its called) i nearly ***** myself big grin

. Haven't found any probs yet, but keep up the good work. Its a great mod.

Yeah, this mod has excellent sounds (minus the death sounds, which I removed hehe), except.... installing it has killed my grenade sound effects. The grenades do not make a sound of detonation, only of raining debris. After removing the files for the grendades, I can hear the detonation, but it is incredibly faint, maybe about 3-5% of original volume even from one pace away.

great mod the best one I tried. like the new effects of 0.9 keep the good work. thanks

ps: I have the same bug with the greandes sound here, even if I delete the related ogg thay stay to quiet :-( please can fix in 1.0 ? thanks

I ain't downloadin if theres a problem with the grenade sounds, can I get a little more info on that, is it avoidable?

Ditto here, i'd love more sounds but if it means sacrificing my explosive ordinance you've another thing coming.

To be perfectly honest i was quite impressive with most of the default sounds. granted i've not been playing solidly so i'm still early on and haven't seen that many weapons yet.

What the hell is all this?

Seems that any explosive has a really faint sound. Not sure what the cause of this would be as the volume levels seem fine on the audio file itself.

Great. I use every files except the weapon sounds.

I am surprised that this has not been identified earlier, since there have been several released versions of this mod!!!! Incorrectly commented .ogg files can cause all manor of unpredictable and erratic NPC behavior and detection.

A good example of what the standard is for sound mods for Stalker, is the Sound Overhaul 1.07 by Darius6. He has ensured that all of his sounds are correctly commented. It's not hard, here is the tutorial:
