	Readme File: [Release] James Blake's weapon revamp mod 0.1 --------------------------------------- Index --------------------------------------- 01 About 02 Installing 03 Bugs --------------------------------------- 01 About --------------------------------------- This mod tweaks weapon damages on all of the stalker weapons as well as enabling a few weapons' addons. The purpose of the mod is to make it slightly more realistic, without making it one shot-one kill everytime on every gun. Most pistols will kill in 2-4 shots in the chest, 1-4 shots with rifles, depending on the caliber. Changed the magazine size and accuracy of the sig 550: 20 round magazine now, but more accurate. Other weapon balance tweaks are on the way in a future version to diversify the weapons in the game and make them useful for different things. I'm also aiming to reduce weapon ammo box size and weight (A box of 30 rounds weighs the same in your invo right now as a box if three.). Partially used boxes weight not scaling means you can carry 60 rounds, and be counted as carrying ten boxes of six if you're shooting partial magazines. Other planned changes are adding in several new unique weapons, as well as including some audio from existing audio mods. --------------------------------------- 02 Installing --------------------------------------- Copy the folder "gamedata" from the download to your install directory: C:\Program Files\THQ\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl If you're using other weapon default mods such as Fabio's balance mod, or one that gives certain addons to certain guns, be aware that this will overwrite the file. If you want to revert to the original setting at any time just delete the files from this download that you added above. --------------------------------------- 03 Bugs --------------------------------------- About one time in ten, when you equip the SVD and draw it, you start flying. To stop, just drop/holtser the weapon.

Thank you, this is what the Real_Weapon_v1.2 was missing from that mod.

Hah! I might download this just to fly with an SVD for a few minutes.

What exactly do you mean by "Enables some of the weapon addons?"

I think I'll have to download this just for the SVD bug...sounds like fun
