Description:
Includes mp-garbage, mp-Pripyat and mp-stadium.

+unlocked hidden maps testers_mp_bath (Bath) è testers_mp_military_2 (Blood village)
+unlocked bonus maps (Pool, Dark valley and 4 new skins are enabled by default - no need to enter unlock codes)
+minimaps and coords on global map for all (hidden and bonus) maps work now
+no more false artefacthunt mode in map list for Pool
+added descriptions for Pool and Dark valley in Russian/English
+rate of the weather change is slowed down by 10 times and corresponds to real - no need to vote for clear weather every five minutes
+new knife config with fixed position in hand is included

Readme File:
HOW TO INSTALL: Just unpack into the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game directory.
Game version 1.0003, 1.0004 and 1.0006 supported.
Game version 1.0005 is unsupported.
Start the game and select "Network game". Few new maps should be available.

Is the multiplayer any good now? I've logged 180 hours in STALKER, and I've only spent 5 minutes of them in Multiplayer unpatched upon release.
This mappack certainly is compelling, and if it's improved networking and balance significantly, then I would certainly be open to givin multiplayer a chance again.
Granted I would have to truncate my mods for patch 1.0006. Is it really worth it?

has this mod been developed in secrecy or something? Never ever heard of it before. 10/10 for the ammount of effort it must of taken
and the fact that its a MAP-PACK!

PS: BTW how long did it take you?

I'm with holdenmcclure on this one. I've got well over 100 hours into SoC as well, and have only played on a server once. It was Artifact Hunt, and I had absolutly no idea what was going on, and the server crashed after I was in it for about 10 minutes. My only online experience. But, I will grab this map pack, I suppose its worth trying again someday.

holdenmcclure, If the mods you have support 1.005, going to 1.006 won't (or shouldn't) make a difference, since the only chages were to the MP side of the game.

I explored the resources of the game and had found out that there were more two multiplayer maps (testers_mp_garbage and testers_mp_prypiat). They were cut out by the developers for the unknown reason. I found the configs, descriptions, intro screens of these maps and even the plan of testers_mp_garbage. So I decided to restore them by converting the similar singleplayer maps into mp and making the missing parts (spawn points, climeable ladders, the fencing death zones) in SDK.

The garbage.
Available modes: deathmatch / teamdeathmatch.
By the way testers_mp_garbage is very similar to original. I even left the original plan (minimap) of it. This map is playable like normal mp maps.

The Pripyat.
Available modes: deathmatch / teamdeathmatch / artefacthunt.
I had no plan of testers_mp_garbage so it's remains large like a single. It's really possible to be lost there. Deathmatch and teamdeathmatch is meaningful only for great battles about 20-40 players. I made artefacthunt mode only because it was in original configs for this map. I do not like this mode and play it very seldom. So do not

"Avangard" stadium.
Available modes: deathmatch / teamdeathmatch.
Someday one guy has offered the idea of teamdeathmatch map where two teams are located on opposite tribunes of the stadium. I used the stadium from the Pripyat. After death you respawns on your side of stadium. Teamdeathmatch mode is recommended.

The development of the project took about 3 months.

Remember, you may connect only with servers where the same pack is installed.

I played on a server that runs mp_Bath without having SVALKA installed on my computer. The server runs only that map, yet the map name is not listed when you press F5 to Cchange maps. So, it looks like it is possible to run these maps so others can play them even if they don't have SVALKA installed, either. Do you know how to set up a server to run these maps without the SVALKA requirement so that others can play them without getting booted??

Mdgamer I understand. Modmaker Shelmimo released map testers_mp_bath for MODS directory. This map already was in game files. He just made some trick or key to enable it. If you wish to start server with this map just download it and put into MODS directory.
