  New S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Content on the way! *Yeah, April Fools Woo!* - Official News

EDIT: Yeah, it wasn't that hard to figure out. Massive news....On April 1st.... Hey, we can dream can't we?


I have some great news for my fellow S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Fans!!!

In a recent email exchange with S.T.A.L.K.E.R. PR dude Oleg Yavorsky I have learned some cool news.

I can't detail too much here (I promised Oleg that I wouldn't) but you know how the map seems a little "small" compared to what we all thought it would be? Well, there is a reason for that.

Lets just say that some new content is going to be added to the game which will expand the game area to fill more of the map. Those areas on the sides, and the area north of the NPP will be added.

I currently have no ETA on this new content, GSC wants to get the performance and other problems nailed first but he says they have some guys working on a good way to introduce this new territory, possibly expanding on the current storyline.

We will post up some more news as we get it!!!
